Returns & Exchanges

At Whole Latte Love, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home espresso experience. If your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and pre-paid shipping label.

  • 2.
    Clean and Pack

    Ensure your machine is fully drained of water and cleaned, then pack it securely in all original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians inspect the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
